We aim at ensuring that you are happy with your purchase from us.
We, however, understand that in certain circumstances, you may need to return an item. We will do our best to make this process as straightforward as possible. Please read our return policy below carefully to understand the conditions and guidelines for returning an item.
Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt by you. You will be notified via email once we receive your returned item/s.
Items must be received unworn, undamaged, unwashed, free from stains and/or perfume smell and in its original packaging. It is fine to try an item on like you would in a shop, but please do not wear it for longer than that, if you intend to return it.
Returned items must have all original tags and red ribbons attached to them.
All items are inspected on return. Items that do not meet these requirements are not eligible for a refund.
Please complete and put the returns form inside your package when you return it to us.
Please follow the instructions on your returns form, which will advise you on where to send your item/s to.
It is your responsibility to safely return an item to us using a reliable and recorded delivery method. We recommend that you use a service that provides tracking information. Please make sure that they are properly packed and cannot be damaged on the way. We cannot process a refund if an item is lost in transit.
As the package remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, please ensure that you have a receipt as proof of return in case we need it further down the line.
You will be notified via email once your returned item is received.
If you would like to cancel your order while the order is under the shipping process, you will need to wait until you receive the package in hand before returning it.
In case your order arrives damaged or faulty in any way or, the item you received is not what you ordered, please email us within 3 days of receipt at info@boubouboutique.co.uk with your order number. In the case of damaged or faulty items, email a photo showing the damaged item. The damaged or faulty item must be returned within 14 days of your receiving your order. Do not forget to tick ‘damaged’, ‘faulty’ or ‘incorrect item received’ on your returns form.
Sale items or items bought with a discount code do not qualify for a refund. However, all full priced items qualify for a refund.
The return of unwanted items along with any delivery expenses this will incur, is your responsibility.
